There is no sit down restaurant on the premises, as we believe, due to our size, we would not be able to match the same levels of quality and freshness as our accommodation and breakfast. Alternatively we offer room service of a healthy, fresh and homemade snack, designed for the tired or seasoned traveler, who do not wish to eat out again!In addition we are happy to recommend fantastic local pubs and restaurants some within easy walking distance.We have partnered with a local Health Club and Spa, so gym, swimming, sauna, steam room and fitness classes are available at an additional charge which can be built into the room rate.

Directions

First, follow maps to Alton Hampshire,Then turn into London road entering the village of Holybourne, north of Alton Hampshire.Take the second turning right on to Upper Neatham Mill Lane. (This will get you to the postcode GU34 4EP).Drive under 10 foot high railway bridge and continue to the bottom where the road turns into the BandB private drive.Continue along until you drive over the river Wey and you will see the Guest House accommodation directly in front of you.Bear left directly in front of the Bed and Breakfast, this will lead into the accommodations open courtyard.Then turn right into the guest house car park marked with a large blue car park sign.Please park in one of the designated Guest House parking bays.
